LaunchPoint Academy (LPA) is a new Christian high school being formed in Syracuse, NY, dedicated to equipping students for lives of success and service. With a practical approach that integrates modern technology, group learning and optional training in the trades—all anchored in a biblical worldview—LPA will be a place where young men and women of any level of ability will be grounded, challenged, and prepared to become contributing members of society.

Be part of a community
At LaunchPoint Academy, we intend to keep our student body small so that each student will receive personal attention and be truly known. All are welcome to join our collaborative learning environment, where students will be led to work together, support each other, and grow as a team. Through partnerships with local churches and businesses, students will also have opportunities to engage with the broader community—gaining perspective, building relationships, and exploring real-world opportunities as part of their daily formation in faith and purpose.

Modern tools, practical approach, flexible futures
At LaunchPoint Academy, we are embracing modern tools—including artificial intelligence and adaptive technologies—to make it possible for each student to have personalized, efficient learning experiences. Our approach will be practical and hands-on, using gamified challenges to reward effort. We are building a flexible model so that whether a student is aiming for college or looking to enter a skilled trade, it will be possible to get connected via LPA to the right path. It is our goal to equip students with knowledge, skills, and the confidence to pursue the future that they choose.

Spiritual, mental and physical development
At LaunchPoint Academy, we believe our bodies are gifts from God—worthy of care, strength, and gratitude. That’s why we plan to serve fresh, nutritious lunches each day and build movement into our rhythm: from regular exercise to team sports and active play.

Backed by the community, accessible to all
Tuition at LaunchPoint Academy will be $500/month for those who can pay it. But no student will be turned away for financial reasons. Sponsorships are being sought from local churches and business partners, and it is anticipated that any student who wants to attend LPA will be able to do so for the upcoming (2025-2026) academic year.Apart from financial support, sponsoring churches and businesses are being asked to offer their sponsored student opportunities to connect—through service, mentorship, or even internships and paid work—as part of their educational journey.
